Weekly Farm News:

Good morning!
Weather is finally settling into spring which means it's not settled at all but we still like it,  Shaping up to be the prettiest spring
in years.  Buds on the trees are swelling and the iris are blooming along with the wild plums.  Had to mow the grass this week
for the first time this year,  Looks like we'll be making up for all the non mowing we did over the past two years,
Friends from East Texas came down last Sunday so Monday we made a special trip out to Enchanted Rock and Fredericksburg.
Nice little break from the routine and a fine view from up top.
So we came home and have been busy little bees ever since plowing and prepping fields,  The tomato plants have started going nuts
so we'll set out the first lot out next week and see if we can keep them from freezing,  Cold soil temperature is holding the asparagus
back but should be in next week's box.  Strawberries are about 3 weeks  behind where we would expect them to be, they doubled in
size this week.
Thanks for your support,
Gary & Sarah
